Infinity AI Platform Overview

Welcome to Infinity AI, an AI powered CRM built specifically for real estate agents.

Today we're going to be taking a full tour through the system, how everything works, where everything is, And how to get the most out of this system.

So without further ado, let's get started.

As you can see, whenever you first log in, you're going to end up right here on the Ask Infinity AI page.

But before we get too deep into that, let's take full inventory of Infinity AI's user interface.

So first, because there's less to do, let's take a look up top at the header.

You have three buttons here.

The first button is going to be your account information.

This is where you'll basically see which account you're logged into and sign out if you need.

The next button over here is your notifications channel.

Here you can see all of the recent notifications you have within your CRM Whether they be system alerts or they be direct alerts.

And you can also download our desktop app for a better experience.

Here you can also mark them as red or you can easily get to the notification settings.

Can even clear all notifications easily here.

The next button over here is going to be your voice calling button here.

This will allow you to call any phone number.

And dial directly in the app.

you can do this on the desktop.

And soon we'll show you exactly how to do this on the mobile app.

As you can see up here, it'll show you the caller ID that you'll be calling from.

And if you have multiple numbers, you click this drop down button and it'll let you pick from different numbers.

Here you have your keypad, just like a regular phone.

And down here you have your recents where you can see the recent calls you've made.

and you can search up here.

here you'll have your contacts, so you can see all the contacts you have And then you can also see any voicemails that were left for you.

and eventually we'll have a full queue system where you know, you can basically make a bunch of calls at once.

And have them rapidly fire off at each other.

If you're used to a dialer, it works just like that.

Over here on the left hand side is going to be your navigation menu.

At the very top you'll see our logo and right under that is your account picker.

So if you have multiple accounts, which you shouldn't, they'll pop up here, but right now you should only see yours.

Right under it is a search bar.

You can click this and search for anything in your CRM.

from contacts, workflows, calendars, even down to email templates.

And right next to it, that little lightning bolt, that's your Quick actions button.

Click it and you have multiple options.

You can add a contact straight from here.

If you click it, it'll give you the option to add contact details right here.

And then down here you'll hit the save button.

You can also book an appointment directly from the quick actions button.

brand new appointment on the go.

You also have a send review request.

So if you have a client that just recently closed and you want to send a review request, you can search for the contact, And then you press the send button right here.

and here shortly we'll talk about opportunities and deals.

But the same as adding a contact.

Click the button, a pop up will appear and you'll add in all of the relevant details here and then hit create.

Now let's get to the good stuff here.

We're on the Ask Infinity AI dashboard.

Ask Infinity AI is basically your own personal chatbot and assistant.

You can ask it anything about your CRM and it'll give it to you in real time.

You can also ask it to complete actions on your behalf, like sending an email to a client.

You can start new chats over here.

You can search for older chats here.

And there are also plenty of templates that you can use if you don't know how to prompt.

One cool thing is you also have scheduled tasks.

If you wanted to send an email to a specific client every week, you can set that up here just by clicking new task and telling it exactly what you want to do, when you want to do it, and at what time, and hit create.

And down here is where all your chats will appear when you begin them.

Just for the sake of it, let's start a new chat just to show you exactly how to use it.

So in the CRM, our AI actually just booked an appointment with a new lead.

So let's go ahead and send a text to that new lead using the Ask Infinity AI.

Let's tell it to send a text message to John Doe letting him know we're excited and looking forward to our new appointment.

Hey Infinity AI, let's let John Doe know via text that we're excited and looking forward to our appointment on Tuesday.

Alright?

A cool thing is you can start dictating just by using your voice here so you don't have to worry about that pesky typing.

And here you can add any files or photos if you need.

For context, let's go ahead and press the Go button.

As you see, this AI knows the entire CRM front and back.

And what it will do is read everything all at once, taking in all the information and processing.

The cool thing about Infinity AI is it's not just a simple AI chatbot built into your CRM.

This AI actually knows and learns from your actions within the CRM.

And it makes things easier for you over time in order just to understand what your CRM is capable of, where things are, or just how to do something simple.

Hey, if you don't want to do it yourself, you can just ask it to do it for you.

let's see.

It went ahead and drafted our text message.

as you can see, it'll give us all the information about what it did and it'll give us the actual text message.

Here we can look at it and approve it.

Let's see what it says.

Hey John, just wanted to reach out and let you know that we're so excited and looking forward to our appointment this Tuesday.

See you soon.

You know what?

That looks good to me.

Let's send it.

Once we approve the message, it'll then do some more magic and before you know it, it'll say text successfully sent.

And we'll check here in a bit to make sure that that got sent out.

For now, let's give Ask Infinity AI a break and move over to the next thing our Dashboard Here's our Agent Activity dashboard.

We've built this dashboard specifically for agents in order to show them exactly what they need to see at a glance.

Quickly.

Here you can see this is your appointments and routes here.

This is a full map that will show you exactly where your appointments are, If you're adding them to your calendar, say you have showings around the city.

It'd be really good at a glance to see exactly where those appointments pop up and in which order.

if you scroll down, you'll be able to see exactly how many conversations you're having per day, how many outgoing calls have been made today, and you'll be able to see your weekly stats like how many leads you've generated, how many appointments were booked, how many active clients you have up till this date, and then how many clients were closed this year.

You can also see your full lead source here, so you can see exactly where your leads are coming from.

You even have your social activity dashboard where you have your total post for this week and any new flop and any new followers that you got this week.

You also have a filter date up here.

so if you want to filter the date range by anything specific, you can do that here.

You can also click this little star button here to summarize the dashboard with AI.

If you don't feel like looking exactly at this dashboard and understanding all the numbers right off the bat, just tell AI to do it for you.

And don't forget, this dashboard is fully editable.

Clicking the Edit Dashboard button will give you plenty of other options if you want to edit this dashboard further, add any other widgets or tweak anything that's already here.

Just don't forget to hit save changes.

now that you've taken a look at the dashboard, let's move over to something juicy.

Let's take a look at the conversations.

The Conversations tab is your hub for all the conversations you're having with all of your clients.

Since we're here, let's take a really quick look at the UI over here.

You can see this new message button.

When you click it, you can message a specific contact, you can message teammates.

And if you click here, you can choose between having a single contact conversation or having a group message.

Right now we only have one person we can talk to.

So we'll close this here.

If you want to search for a specific person or message, you can actually search right here.

You also have multiple different inboxes that you can choose from.

You have your all inbox, any messages assigned specifically to me, followed by me.

You also have your team inbox.

This is most likely where you'll be working out of.

Even if you don't have a team.

This is just where all the messages appear.

You also have an internal chat.

So if you do have team members, or if you do have multiple users on your account, you can message them all directly here, like a team group message.

And then here you have your views.

This is where you can filter exactly which message types you see.

The great thing about Infinity AI is you can actually see your Instagram messages, your TikTok messages, your Facebook messages, and many other social media messages all together, as well as SMS calls and emails.

sometimes it might feel like a lot.

So if you want to filter them by a specific message channel or by who that message is assigned to, any tags or mentions, all of this is definitely possible.

But for now, we'll hit cancel.

Once you look in your inbox, you can actually see more filter options here.

And if you want to sort by ascending order, recent or alphabetical, you also have an unread inbox, an all inbox, your recent inbox, and any starred messages.

So for now, let's close this and let's click all.

Cool.

As you can see, we have one message from John Doe.

John Doe actually just booked an appointment with us not too long ago, so this is actually super exciting.

One thing I want to point out too is if you look up above, since John Doe is now an opportunity, we can actually move him in the pipeline directly from his message center.

So if John went cold, we can actually just click this button right here and move him from booked appointments to cold leads or to warm leads or to hot leads.

Order new leads wherever you need to move them.

All you have to do is click one of these buttons here.

You can also easily change his source.

So say, for instance, he didn't necessarily come from Instagram.

You can change it here.

Or if its opportunity value went up, you can also add that here.

Right now we know his opportunity value is $700,000.

As you can see, it was updated there.

Now, another really cool thing to understand is here in the middle, you can actually have your message thread.

As you can see, our AI has been talking to John.

But if we look at the top one, we can easily recognize who we're speaking to.

Two, we can filter by specific message channels, any payments, opportunities, appointments.

If we just want to see things specifically, it's easy to filter it here we can call John directly if we need to.

Just by clicking this button.

We can archive his conversation.

If we don't need it anymore.

If we want to add it to our favorites, we just click the star button.

And if we want to mark it as unread or read, click the mail icon.

Or if we want to delete this conversation in all, you can delete it.

Here we come down a little bit, we have our message.

If you come down right here, this is where you'll set up your message.

Now there's a couple different options for doing it.

Since this is a multi channel CRM, if you click this button here, All of these message channels are active.

Now luckily for John, we have an email, a phone number, and we have his Instagram account.

so we have all of these active.

But if you have a contact that doesn't have a phone number or an email, or you don't have their Instagram account, you just have their TikTok account, or you just have their Facebook messenger, some of these options might not pop up.

All you have to do is take a look at what information you already have over on the right hand side to know which channels you can message from.

then you would just type a message here like normal.

Another cool thing is you can take a look at some of the options that you have down here.

When you're drafting a message, you can insert emojis, add attachments, snippets, custom values, you can request a payment, which you probably wouldn't, and you can clear the composer simply right here.

If we scroll over to the right hand side, there's two buttons.

You have your send button, then you have your AI bot button.

If your AI bot is active, you'll see this here.

in order to activate or deactivate the button, you would just click on it.

Then you have multiple options.

Right now the bot is inactive and we'll leave it inactive.

But if you wanted to activate it, you could do it here.

And whenever you set the bot to inactive, you can choose how long you want the bot to reactivate after.

Or you can do minutes or days.

or if you just don't want the bot to ever turn on again, just uncheck this button and the bot won't ever turn on again.

Now over here on the right side, we can actually see all of the contact details.

You can see exactly who we're speaking to, who owns this particular contact.

You can add followers if you have multiple users and you have your tags.

If you click this little plus button, you can add more tags just by checking the box here.

Here you have three options.

You can look at all the fields together.

You can look at the DND status, which is do not disturb.

So if someone says, hey, I don't want you to text me anymore, sometimes that might happen.

You can just check their text messages, calls, inbound calls, or SMS if you don't want to receive any messages from them, or email.

And you also have actions.

actions allow us to do things within the CRM, without leaving the contact field.

So if you wanted to add this person as an opportunity, you can click this add button here.

You can also see what opportunities they already have by clicking the dropdown.

John Doe already has an opportunity, so we'll leave it there.

You could also add him to workflows if you wanted to, or remove them from workflows.

Right now he's in the right amount of workflows and you can also see the past ones that they were in.

So we'll leave this alone.

let's go back to all fields.

All contacts are going to have fields.

You can search for them here and search for them within folders.

Every contact will have a dedicated contact field where you can see their first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth and many other details.

Right now we'll close this one and as you can see we have a couple other details.

We have additional info which all of these are set to make your account run smoothly.

Same thing for the buyer details where you can easily at a glance see exactly what your buyer is looking for.

Same thing for seller details.

Now if we go even further to the right, you can see currently we're on the contact details.

If we go down, we can see the activity.

Activity is more tied to your funnels and websites.

So if you have your website linked or your funnel linked to this particular system, you can see page visits, form submissions, appointment calls, and even more.

Next we'll go to is opportunities.

The next thing is your task.

If you want to add a task for this particular contact, you can easily do it here just by clicking Add Task and filling out all the information here.

You can even set up recurring tasks, which is pretty cool.

Next is Notes.

We're always going to want to write notes for all of our contacts here.

You can add a note, you can add a title, a description, you can even change the color or add attachments if necessary.

And then here we can see their appointments.

Right now, John has an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 10am Perfect.

If we needed to edit this appointment, we can click the three dots here and click View or Edit.

Edit brings up a side panel where we can go through and edit all of the details of the appointment.

We can also see past appointments here if we've had appointments before.

But that's about it for John.

Let's double check and see if our text message got sent.

But as you can see, the Ask Infinity AI did send the message and just we didn't have a phone number set up.

So if you have your phone number set up, expect it to go out.

And that's conversations.

So now let's move over to Calendars.

The Calendars tab is pretty simple.

If you've ever used Calendly or Google Calendar or any other calendar app, you can see here exactly that.

it's very simple and easy to understand.

Here you'll have your user and if you have multiple other users, you'll see them here to be able to check their calendar.

You can check your calendar by appointment, by appointment or by block slot.

You can also switch the calendar if you have multiple.

Right now we only have one, so we'll leave it here.

You can easily filter back to the day.

So if you want to get back to today, if you've been searching through easily hit that.

And you can also filter through by week.

You can also look at the calendar as a day view.

If you just want to get a quick at, glance of your day week view, which is more standard or month view if you want to see your whole month at a glance.

If you wanted to add a new appointment, all you have to do is click this new appointment button.

You can also see all of your appointments in a list view and as you can see we have John Doe's appointment scheduled here.

Now that we've taken a look at the calendar, let's go ahead and move over to Contacts.

if you've used any other CRM before, you understand that Contacts is the bread and butter.

This is where you can see everyone at a glance and understand exactly how many contacts you have, and even create smart lists.

Here we only have one contact so far, good old John Doe.

But you can take a look that up.

Here you have this add button.

Here is where you can create your own smart list.

A smart list is basically just a list of contacts filtered by certain criteria.

So you can filter it by all of these options and sort by all of these options.

You can also see exactly which fields you want to see here in the column cell, here in the column view.

And when you actually create a smart list, you can duplicate it, you can export it, you can share it, or you can just delete it.

But right now we're going to keep it right here.

You can also filter your direct view, sort your direct view, and see exactly how many contacts you have.

Over here you can see how many columns you have.

And here's your search bar if you want to search for any specific contacts.

If you click this button right here, you can add a contact really quickly by adding their first, last name, email, phone number, and all the other relevant information.

you can also import Contacts by clicking this button and following through here.

You can go to Contacts, Click the next button, and here is where you can upload a CSV file in order to upload all of your contacts.

But for now, we're going to head back to Contacts.

If you want to see a contact in full at a glance, all you have to do is click on their name, and as you can see, we can see all of their contact details, the conversation history, And all of of the other options that we discussed earlier.

And that's pretty much all for contacts.

Another cool thing to understand is if you click up here at Task, this is where you can also see all of the tasks that you have for each contact.

Right now we don't have any tasks, but if we did, they'd pop up.

Here you can also see the ones that are due today, the ones that are overdue, and any tasks that are upcoming.

You can see who they're assigned to, filter them by their status, filter them by their due date, or any other filters.

Here you can also set to search, you can also search for a task by clicking over here.

and if you wanted to add one really quick, just click this add task button.

Now let's head over to Deals and Pipeline.

Here at Deals and Pipeline, we have set up all of these pipelines and all the stages for your success, but they are fully customizable.

If you see here, this is your pipeline.

This is your pipeline picker.

You have three different pipelines to choose from, but you could always add a new one if you'd like to.

Right now we have a seller pipeline, a lead pipeline, and a buyer pipeline.

Here is where you can create smart lists for your opportunities.

Opportunities are kind of like deals.

They're people or clients who are actually interested in buying or selling real estate.

When someone becomes a true opportunity, they're added here to one of these pipelines and they can be dragged to each stage depending on where you want to add them.

You can also filter all these pipelines by clicking these advanced filters.

And to add a filter you would click here and by using natural language by looking at this one.

This one is filtered by the status.

Is, any of open?

So all of the open opportunities are what are going to pop up on this page and you have many other options here.

You can also look at it from the pipeline view or the list view, whichever is easiest for you.

We like the pipeline view.

You can also import opportunities and add a new opportunity by clicking this button.

You can also search for opportunities up here and manage the type of fields that pop up right now.

Let's go and find John Doe in our lead pipeline.

As you can see, John Doe is sitting right here in our Booked appointments tab.

But if we wanted to move him out of the booked appointment stage, all we would basically do is click and drag him.

Say we wanted him to be a cold lead or a warm lead, but right now I think it's best that we keep him in booked appointment.

One thing you can also do is click on their contact card and brings you right back to their contact as well.

And the cool thing is you also have a history of all the things that happened within that opportunity.

So you can see all the times we moved them around.

One cool thing is you can also call, view their conversation, Add tags, add notes or add a task all from this contact card.

So now that you understand opportunities, Let's see real quick how to add a New one if you'd like.

You're going to want to go up here to this pipelines button.

And here you can see all of your pipelines in a list view.

If you wanted to create a new pipeline, you're just going to click this create pipeline here.

You can change the name of the pipeline and you can change the stages here.

You have a couple other options here as far as opportunity level probability and setting the pipeline colors, but I'll let you play around with those on your own.

You can also edit the current pipelines if you'd like as well.

but be careful, there are automations that make these pipelines smart.

If you edit anything about them, it might affect those automations.

So think about it before you do.

Like I said before, the lead pipeline is a smart pipeline.

So whenever new leads are here, in the new leads, they get followed up a specific way.

the same way as if they're hot, warm or cold.

They'll get followed up automatically with personalized messages, emails, DMs, however the client likes to communicate.

They'll get followed up personally automatically.

One of the beauties of having this Infinity AI system.

So now that you know about pipelines, let's check out the Infinity AI bot.

this bot is what makes this system so powerful.

If you once you click the Infinity AI Bot tab, you'll see a couple options.

Here at the top you'll see your bot, your knowledge base and some agent logs.

First, we're going to click on Infinity AI Bot.

Here you can see a dashboard of what your AI bot is doing.

You can see how many contacts it's logged, how many actions it's triggered, any appointments that's booked, and how much time it saves you.

Here you can create a brand new bot if you'd like, or if you want to get directly to your bot, go ahead and click this agents list.

But before you do that, just to show you, you can also how many average messages it has per contact, and then all of the conversations and all the conversations it's had recently.

Now let's click the agents list.

Right now we only have one Infinity bot.

This is the bot we've created for you.

And this bot is geared specifically to book you the most amount of appointments on your calendar with qualified buyers and sellers.

Let's check out how it's built.

When you click in the bot, you're taken to a completely new page.

Here you can see a bunch of things.

First, at the top you can see the name of your bot.

Under it, you can see which model it's using and change it.

Currently we're only offering OpenAI models, but there will be more soon.

But you can change it between any of these.

If you click the settings button, you can choose your primary model and your secondary model.

You can add your business name here and you can see exactly how many tokens your bot might use.

And if you hover over this, you can get an idea of the estimated cost of how much much it is to use the bot.

You can also see exactly how many words you have left in your prompt.

here is your prompt.

This is what your bot works out of.

We've already pre prompted it for you for success, but feel free to come in here, take a look at it, or change it if you'd like.

Just be careful, it takes a lot of tweaking and testing.

Feel free to copy this whole prompt and put it in your daily LLM.

So if you use chatgpt or claude, you can copy this prompt, put it in there and it can help you craft an even better prompt specifically for your use case.

You can click right up here for custom values.

Custom values are basically replaceable portions of text.

If you click them, you can see that if you have a contact's first name or company name, it basically adds that in as a replacement value.

So instead of you having to type the specific contact's name, it'll always remove it and place the correct name here.

So as you can see, it'll pull in contact's first name here as that custom value.

Now over here you have your actions.

Once again, all of these are set up exactly as they need to, but feel free to play around with them.

Actions are basically how your bot can perform on different things.

So how it books appointments, how it pulls in contact info, or what makes it stop messaging, when it hands the conversation over to a human, and how often it follows up.

You often have your knowledge base trigger.

This is something we've developed specifically for all real estate agents.

But in a bit I'll show you guys exactly how to test this and how to add more to your own knowledge base.

Here's the mode.

This is where you turn your bot on and off.

If you want to turn your bot off, just click this off button if you want to add it.

Suggestive is basically where it'll draft a message for you, but you have to approve every one and send it off yourself.

Most of you are probably going to use the autopilot setting, and that's okay.

The autopilot setting runs off by itself and has messages and will continue to book appointments on its own.

This bot can also reply to emails as well.

So if you click here, you can actually set up the email settings for it to respond to email.

Here you have the timing and pacing.

Once again, already set up for you.

But if you'd like to tweak it to better fit what you like, you can tweak it here.

So as you can see right now it's going to wait 35 seconds before responding, but you can change it to minutes and make it go up as high as you'd like.

We also have the maximum messages a bot can send is 30, but you can go all the way up to 100.

I wouldn't recommend it, but go for it.

You can also choose if the bot goes to sleep when a manual message is sent or a workflow message.

You can also choose how long to re reactivate.

You can also choose how long to reactivate the bot after it's went to sleep.

Next is your response behavior.

This just sets up exactly how the bot's going to respond to messages.

So it can respond very concise, balanced or detailed.

If you want a shorter message, choose concise.

If you want a longer message, choose detailed.

If you want something in the middle, keep it on balanced.

It's pretty good.

The bot can also respond to images and voice notes.

Just super cool.

Then we have summary settings.

We like to enable the conversation summary just so that way you could easily see the full summary after about a 15 minute conversation or after three messages have been sent.

And here, over to the right is where you can test your bot.

You can type a message here and see how your bot will respond.

So right now we're going to save it before we do.

A new thing is this deploy.

You can actually choose exactly where your bot is deployed.

so if you want it deployed in text messages, in the Facebook messenger, in live chat, which is on a funnel, or on a website, on WhatsApp, Instagram or another chat widget, even do the same with email.

And if you click the pencil buttons on each of these, you can choose exactly what it responds to.

Maybe it'll only respond to maybe.

Maybe it'll only respond to WhatsApp messages for maybe it'll only respond to WhatsApp messages from contacts with an active buyer tag, or it won't respond to WhatsApp messages from contacts who have the active seller tag.

Completely up to you.

We'll hit cancel on this for right now and go back.

Now that you know how the bot works and how to edit it, let's take a look at the knowledge base.

If we go up here and click on knowledge base, this is where all the knowledge of your bot lives.

We've built out a universal knowledge base just for you.

But hey, it might be too much to set up your own knowledge base.

You can also click right up here to create one with AI.

If you click this, it's basically like ask AI and it'll ask you some general questions on how to exactly set up your knowledge base with all of the information you need for your bot to be successful.

For now, we're going to stop that.

Let's take a look.

In this universal knowledge base here, you can multitude of different types of files.

You even have a web crawler.

If you have your own website, you can add that website here and the bot will literally train itself on your entire website.

You can also add a frequently asked questions, so that way your bot knows how to respond to specific questions.

You can add a Google sheets table or upload one from your table or upload one from your computer.

You can add straight up rich text.

So if you just have some text that you want your bot to be trained on, or a manual or emails, this is a good place to add it.

And lastly, you have files.

Currently your bot will have a general real estate knowledge base and a general neighborhood guide knowledge base.

But feel free to upload your own guides and your own real estate knowledge base.

So now that you know how Your bot works.

Let's take a quick look at social and email is that it allows you to post your social media content directly from here.

So if you wanted to add a brand new post directly to your social media account, you can click there, choose which social media account you want to add it to, and you can create an entire post here.

You could upload reels, story posts, you could even upload images and videos.

Take a look around and play with this.

This is a great way to schedule your content because you can actually click this down arrow and schedule all your posts and even schedule them as reoccurring posts.

posts look.

So you know exactly how your post looks.

But for now, we'll head back.

You can also look at all your posts in a list view or take a look at a calendar view.

Up here you have multiple options.

You can see the planner which is here.

And you can also post from here and add other socials.

to all of these social platforms.

You can also edit the settings here.

But first we're going to go over here to content.

This is where you can see all of your content once again in a list view and even export this as a CSV.

You can see all the posts that are recurring, any reviews that are pending.

If you have an RSS feed, you can add it here.

If you have any templates that you've created, they'll be here.

Any posts that are waiting for approval, they'll be here.

And you can see all of your categories here.

You can also view all of the comments from all of your social platforms here and respond to them.

You have all of these social media platforms that you can respond to.

You can also see all of your social media analytics here as well.

Just click the social media that you want to follow.

Or you can see them all here on this dashboard.

You also have this cool social listening platform where you can see new social trends, see what's trending right now, and even filter it by date.

And then of course you have your settings where you can connect all of these accounts and edit all of this information.

So now let's take a look at the email marketing side.

If you go up here and go over to emails, you have three different options.

You can look at your delivery rate, you can filter by campaigns, and you can see how your emails are performing.

You can also create new campaigns by clicking here and here you can set up email marketing templates, use existing templates, or create a new email sequence.

Or you can just start from blank and here you'll be able to monitor all of your campaigns, any workflow campaigns, any bulk action campaigns, and any email sequences.

And before you create a campaign, you could always create them as templates first.

The cool thing is with your Infinity AI account you already have a couple of templates in here that are already made for you.

You could also build them with AI.

Clicking the Build with AI button takes you to the email designer.

And here all you have to do is fill out this information.

you can literally just tell it what you want and it'll build it for you.

But for now we're going to head back.

You can create folders you can build using AI once again or you can create a workflow just from scratch.

Next let's go to sites and forms.

This is where you'll be able to build a full funnel if you like.

And once again you can build it fully with AI.

Funnels are basically landing pages for your website.

These can get a little thorough and complicated, so we won't go over all of this today.

But if you know how to use like something like WIX or Squarespace, it's pretty much the same thing.

But the cool thing is it's all in your CRM.

You don't have to go anywhere else to create those options.

And if you look up here, you can also create a fully fledged website.

Won't need a store, but if you'd like, you can create it there.

What you'll most likely use is the forms.

It'll give you the full ability to edit each of these forms and they're super easy.

It's pretty much just drag and drop But we already got our first name here, so we won't need that.

This is your full reviews management.

This allows you to send review requests, manage the request that you've gotten.

You can even send video testimonials.

Feel free to go through this on your own time and take a look around.

You have requests, reviews, video testimonials.

You could even add widgets directly to your funnels.

This is great for that real estate agent that's trying to make sure your reviews stay sharp.

Next we'll head over to reporting.

Although you do have a full dashboard with all of your reports.

We haven't made any calls yet, so there's not a whole lot to look at.

But in the future when you make some calls, you'll see all the statuses.
